Locating a Tenant
Here at Staley Real Estate LLC we are dedicated to representing our landlords interest with professionalism and within the always changing New York State Landlord/ Tenants Laws. We are active members of the National Association of Realtors(NAR) & New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) and attend the NAR Legislative meeting in DC every year and NYSAR's Lobby Day in Albany to meet with legislators to advance the pro real estate agenda and to protect private property rights. We believe that having a seat at the table is important for our client and their interest.
Staley Real Estate LLC helps landlords find qualified tenants. If hired we will:
1)Advertise the property.
2)Conduct phone interviews to pre qualify prospective applicants.
3)Show the property to pre qualified applicants.
4)Take applications and process them to make sure the applicant is qualified. (credit reports, confirm employment, call references etc.)
5)Present application to owners/landlords for approval.
6)Handle lease signing and collect all funds.
7)Forward all funds and documentation to the owner/landlord.
